Meet Chantal — The Heart Behind Shampoochies

Shampoochies began in 2012 under its original owner, Jacqui. Chantal later joined Jacqui, and the two worked side by side until Jacqui retired and Chantal took over the business.

Chantal has always loved animals and shares her own home with three dogs — two Pomeranians and a Chihuahua. During the COVID period she decided it was time for a change, and turned that lifelong love into a career in dog grooming.

Her approach is simple: patience, kindness and individual attention for every dog. Each groom is about making the experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

“Every dog deserves patience, understanding and care.”
